Kylie Minogue is reported to have performed a 30-minute set at the wedding of an Indian steel tycoon’s daughter.

Reports in the Indian press claim the Australian star was paid around GBP200,000 for her performance, which began with recent hit Slow.

The party was held at Parc St-Cloud outside Paris and was just part of a week of French celebrations believed to be costing billionaire businessman Lakshmi Mittal around GBP40 million.

According to onlookers, a husky voice was heard offstage just after midnight before the enchantress appeared wearing a black minidress.

One guest said “I pinched myself when Kylie, singing at a private function for the first time, sang Slow. People didn’t have dessert as her performance was more tempting.”

The Indian tycoon is reported to have flown Kylie to Paris on his private jet for the show. His newly-wedded daughter, Vanisha, is said to be a huge fan.
